Terms and Conditions

Terms of Service Requirements

All medical professionals using the Doctaz platform are contractually bound by our Terms of Service, which explicitly require that they hold valid and current licenses to practice in their respective jurisdictions. By registering, each provider affirms that they are legally authorized to deliver medical services and agrees to maintain accurate, truthful, and up-to-date credentials at all times. Non-compliance with this requirement results in immediate suspension or removal from the platform.

License and Credential Verification Process

Doctaz implements a rigorous multi-step verification process to ensure only qualified professionals are authorized to provide services:

• Document Submission

During the registration process, healthcare providers are required to upload the following:

  • A valid government-issued photo identification
  • An active professional license or board certification relevant to their field
  • Any other documents required by the regulatory authority in their country or region
• Manual Verification

The Doctaz verification team conducts a thorough review of each submission. This includes:

  • Validating license numbers against official databases or medical boards
  • Confirming that identification documents match the licensing credentials
  • Verifying that the license is active and in good standing, with no restrictions or disciplinary actions
• Final Approval

Only after successful completion of the verification process is a provider's account approved and activated. Applications with discrepancies, missing information, or unverifiable credentials are rejected or returned for further clarification.

This protocol ensures that all healthcare services provided through the Doctaz platform are delivered by duly licensed and verified professionals, maintaining our commitment to safety.
