These Terms govern your access to and use of the Doctaz platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of terms
If you use Doctaz on behalf of a facility or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that entity.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity under your account. Providers must hold valid credentials for the care they deliver.
3. Use of the service
Doctaz is a tool that supports care; it does not itself practice medicine. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed providers. You agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt its security, or use it unlawfully.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed per provider on the cycle shown at checkout, in your selected currency.
- Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Doctaz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
